PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accept a transfer request of plural stream data from a client during transfer of stream data. SOLUTION: Plural state machines are generated with respect to a transfer request of plural stream data from a client 10. Then an event queue 40 is provided to manage effectively the transfer of the stream data from a digital storage medium DSM 110 to the client 10 with respect to a request instruction from the state machines so as to attain consecutive transfer and momentary changeover device or the like.
