<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transformer of a small size easy to protect, in which partial magnetization is hardly caused, along with good balance in three-phase excitation current, by using a simple structure easy to assemble with a small number of steps in automatic mass production. SOLUTION: A ring-shaped upper yoke 1 and a ring-shaped lower yoke 2 in a pair are formed by turning a magnetic steel plate with a given width in a ring shape. Three core legs with a trapezoidal cross section are made up of rectangular steel plates with the same length and different width are laminated between the pair of yokes 1 and 2, and a winding 4 is turned around these core legs 3 radially in three divided shapes. An insulating coil pusher 5 is provided between the winding 4 and these upper and lower yokes 1 and 2, and the core legs 3 is put between the upper and lower yokes 1 and 2. Each core tightening member 7 with an insulating ring 6 at upper and lower parts is tightened in an elongated direction by using a vertical joining volt 8 at the center of the core tightening member 7 so as to complete a triangular configuration tripod three-phase magnetic path.</p> |
