PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic musical tone reproducing device capable of executing the color change image display of every character of text nearly synchronously with the progression of the main melody of this musical piece. SOLUTION: This electronic musical tone reproducing device has a musical tone information memory means 12 in which the digital musical tone information of the musical pieces is stored. The device is so constituted that the digital musical tone information stored in this musical tone information memory means 12 includes the playing data 12a of various musical instruments and text display instruction data 12b and further that the text display instruction data 12b includes the display and erasing instruction information of the text and the color change instruction information for changing the colors of the text character display meeting the progression of the main melody of the playing data 12a. As a result, a controller 10 controls the image display in such a manner that the color change of the display characters of the text is executed in accordance with the respective instruction information described above. |
