<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To diagnose a real trouble cause in a short time by diagnosing action and function of either device of an engine rotating at a prescribed speed, a transmission, an accelerator, a suspension, a hydraulic and pneumatic system and a brake in lowering a body after soil removal. SOLUTION: When a body lowering start detecting means 40 detects starting the lowering of the body of a dump truck and the body is judged to be a right operating position to undergo a trouble diagnosis based on the output of an operating position detector 51, the engine is fixed to a prescribed speed by an engine controller 12 and state changes in a transmission and a brake which are shifted from the initial state by a transmission controller 13 and a brake controller 14 are detected by a state detecting means 20 so as to be stored as hysteresis data. A fluctuation rate of respective data is operated based on the data obtained this time and the past data stored in the memory and presence/nonpresence of abnormality is judged so as to be outputted.</p> |
