<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make economical, simultaneous treatment of plastic material and garbage. SOLUTION: Garbage 1 is made slurry after pulverized by a pulverizer 2. An anaerobic treatment tank 4 having an intake 4a for the slurry 7, an outflow port 4b for a digestion liquid 8 after slurry decomposition treatment and a heater 5 and holding an anaerobic microorganisms is provided. In a gas holder 6 communicating with the upper space of the treatment tank 4, combustible gas 6a produced in the treating tank 4 during slurry decomposition treatment is stored. To the heater 5 and the gas holder 6, a volume reducing device 11 for waste plastic 10 is connected, and the combustible gas 6a is burned in the volume reducing device 11 to generate high temperature gas, by which the waste plastic 10 is softened and is subjected to volume reduction and is discharged, and also while excess high temperature gas E is led to the heater 5 to heat the treatment tank 4 to 50 deg.C-60 deg.C, the digestion liquid 8 is caused to flow out from an outflow port 4b.</p> |
