Process which begins with, at least, two metal cover sheets, filling material and adhesive compatible with said filling material. In the process, components are prepared for obtaining the filling material; the adhesive is applied, impregnating the inner faces of the metal cover sheets and the panel is then obtained by injecting said filling material between said metal cover sheets, on which the compatible adhesive has previously been applied.
