PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To quickly and surely execute patterning of good finish to a work by injecting gas from a backward position opposite to the laser beam advancing direction. SOLUTION: The device is designed so that a focus P of laser beam S emitted from an emission optical part 2 coincides to the blowing cross point of a high speed gas G injected from an injection nozzle 1 rotatable around the axial center. Accordingly, the gas G is injected at working with rotating the nozzle 1 at the backward position opposite to an advancing direction 35, at this time, a work surface 40a is fused as well as the gas G is injected as targeting the fused part, the fused part is not piled at both sides of a groove 36 and is blown, the good groove 36 is formed. By arranging the nozzle 1 so that the gas G is injected with an angle in a range of 20-60 deg. against the axial center O, further better result is obtained. That is, a small angle produces the deeper groove 36, a large angle reduces burr so as to obtain the groove 36 having smooth inner face and beautiful finish. |
