This invention concerns the devices for cleaning water reservoirs from mud, particularly devices with a scoop which is attached to a tow-line. It is provided for the sphere of agriculture. The novelty of the invention is that the mouth of the scoop is attached to a detail made of a flexible material, which in the folded condition is smaller than the bulk of the scoop mouth. The scoop in the folded condition is placed inside a cassette which helps to put the scoop into a layer of mud. The cassette is separated from the scoop with the help of a pushing device, which is inside the cassette. By pulling the tow-line, which is attached to the scoop, the container made of flexible material gets filled with mud through the scoop mouth, and then the scoop comes through the mud layer and gets into the water layer. It is possible to attach several scoops to one tow-line, depending on its towing capacity. Figure 1 illustrates the scoop in the unfolded condition.<IMAGE>
