摘要 The device relates to astronomical tool production and could be used for the monitoring of shining objects, which have predictable motion trajectories, for research of astroclimatic conditions and for the autonomous management of the telescope.In Fig. 1 a block-diagram of the offered device is shown. For carrying out the functions mentioned above, the appropriate units of the device complex are activated by special software which defines the appropriate structure of the whole device complex. In on-line storage (4) of the controlling unit (1) - computer - when necessary a register is formed (variable) which will hold data and/or integrate quantity. The software unit (3) inputs the program from the permanent memory unit (2) and executes the program algorithm, and through a controlling clock (13) links it up to the time scale.The device allows use of different star pass-through moment registration methods - also methods with variable integral quantity. It provides controlling of both the registration process and the telescope motion.By combining the star pass-through moment registration and the telescope controlling units in a single device, and by usage of software for activation of certain structural units, the device acquires new applications. It could be also used for the measuring of light beam fluctuation and sky background light beams.<IMAGE>
