The drive allows adjustment of the effective length of the crank arms. The arms (B) rotate eccentrically with respect to the axis of the sprocket via rollers positioned eccentrically with respect to the axis of the crank via rollers positioned eccentrically with respect to the axis of the sprocket and above the horizontal line (X) to obtain a maximum output. The interior cages of the bearings are mounted on supports. The arms (C) provide a connection between the cranks and the arms. The arms or cranks can slide in the cranks and assure the connection of the cranks and arms.
