发明名称 METHOD FOR TREATING PATHOLOGICAL CONDITIONS OF TISSUES WITH NON-COHERENT RADIATION AND DEVICE THEREFOR
摘要 This invention relates to a method for treating pathological conditions of tissues with non-coherent radiation, wherein a periodic infrared irradiation is carried out for 1 to 20 minutes at a radiation power density of 50 to 300 MW/cm2 over 1 or 2 days while taking into account the time for stopping the pain syndrome during healing of said tissues. Irradiation is performed above a section of the skin which is located above the organ responsible for the spreading of the disease triggered by a rupture in the exchange, fermentation and regeneration processes in the tissues. The radiation has a wavelength of 1 to 56 .mu.m as a function of its linear polarisation and time modulation which are selected according to the type of disorder. A device receives an electric control signal for a control system (2) from additional power sources and adjusts the corresponding characteristics of the radiation emitted by a light emitter (3). The radiation source is previously calibrated according to the density of the radiation flow. The light emitter (3) may consist of a wideband semiconductor silicon luminescent diode with a wavelength of non-coherent infrared radiation between 1 and 56 .mu.m and an ultra-shallow p-n junction. The power source (1) is connected along the plane (a) of the p-n or n-p junction and ensures current flow through the doped p-n or n-p junction. The control system (2) comprises leads (c, d, e) for additional sources of electrical field, said leads being connected to the luminescent diode so that the field will act along the plane (a) of the p-n junction and prevent backward or direct displacement on said p-n junction.
