Pot designed for economical fast cooking

The cooking pot has an additional part added to it and is designed to reduce food cooking and preparation time. The pot has an insulated lid and is of double-wall construction, with the spaces between the walls filled with insulating material. A hard foam plastics, e.g. "Styropor" (RTM), may be used. Alternatively an insulating foil, e.g. "Zevalan" (RTM), may be used. A variety of other materials may be used, including aluminium foil held at a distance from the walls, basalt wool or pumice or glass fibres or kieselguhr. Cork chippings of magnesia may be used.
