PURPOSE:To make a uniform electrical power, provide a utilization of heat in a high efficiency and further enable hot water of high temperature to be attained by a method wherein a package type air conditioner, a heat source water heat exchanger, heat pump hot water feeder, a heat source water tank and means for heat exchanging the heat source water of the heat source water tank through heat source water heat exchanger are provided. CONSTITUTION:An air heat source heat pump package type air conditioner A having a water- cooled condenser has two air heat source heat pumps type freezing cycle in one unit. An air heat source heat pump type hot water feeder B is a space-saving type hot water feeder in which a compressor 31, a hot water heat exchanger 32, an expansion valve E3 and a water-cooled cooler 33 are piled up in three stages. The hot water heat exchanger 32 is of a double-tube type coil heat exchanger in which a plurality of piled-up type hot water storing tanks C and a pump P1 are connected by a hot water feeding pipe 34 and then the hot water is supplied through the hot water feeding plug 41. The water cooled unit 33 is constructed such that the heat source water tank 38 is connected by a pipe 37 and a pump P2, water in the heat source tank 38 is heat exchanged with the heat source water heat exchanger 26 by a pipe 39 and a pump P3. A less-expensive mid-night electrical power is utilized to store heat of the hot water feeding heat source under a high coefficient of product and then it is supplied for a cooling or a heating in the daytime. |
