The equipment has four keeps, start receiving, stop, received, start reproducing, to control for the microphone and the cassette for recording and storing the speech information. The arrangement is that of a fax-telephone combination. The first key is fitted with an LED display and indicates the ready state. When the second key is pressed, the recording of the speech information begins, and this information is sent to the receivers answering machine when the rewind and reproducing keys are pressed, followed by the transmission of the documents. The receiver can hear the speech information after receipt of document. |
