PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To secure sufficient durability and reliability and to adjust a tilt lever in a desired spot even if the entire tile lever is made of a synthetic resin. SOLUTION: The base end part of a tilt lever 10a made of a synthetic resin and the head part 7a of a tilt bolt 6a are connected to each other by fitting together a corner hole part 26 and a corner pillar part 22. A tilt nut 9a engaged with the tip of the tilt bolt 6a prevents the rotation of a seat plate 17 by caulking a cylindrical part 20 constituting the seat plate 17. The seat plate 17 is moved along a long hole 3 but not rotated by engagement between engaging projection parts 29 and 29 and the long hole 3. |
