PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the defected part in a corrosion preventing coating film from rusting and to reduce the executing cost by enhancing the corrosion preventing properties of a steel structure by the corrosion preventing coating film. SOLUTION: This corrosion preventing device for the steel structure 1 is provided with an insulated coating film 2 formed on the surface of the steel structure 1, a water-insoluble conducting coating film 3 formed on the surface of the insulated coating film 2 and a d.c. power source 5 as a voltage feeding means for applying d.c. voltage of 0.8 to 3V, preferably, of 0.8 to 2.4V, and more preferably, of 0.8 to 1.5V to the space between the conducting coating film 3 and the steel structure 1 with the conducting coating film as the anode and the steel structure 1 as the cathode. |
