PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To call a specific terminal equipment quickly and efficiently by utilizing the position registration system for mobile communication so as to grasp in the vicinity of which public base station a mobile communication equipment is resident. SOLUTION: A terminal equipment discriminates in the vicinity of which base station the terminal equipment is resident by receiving a base station number. If the terminal equipment moves and approaches a different base station, the terminal equipment informs it to the other base station that the terminal equipment approaches the base station by using a radio wave and the base station informs it to a control station. In this case, an object location is registered and a setting of 'to inform it when arrival in an object location of point A' is made. When the terminal equipment discriminates it that it approaches any of base stations with registered base station numbers as object places of the point A, the approach to the object place is informed to the user by ringing a call tone or activating a vibrator. Furthermore, this is made available by adding the function above to the existing system. |
