PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate the fixing of an acoustic material in a mold and demolding after the solidification of a resin by a method in which in the injection molding of a sound absorbing plate, an acoustic material with a skin is mounted on one mold, air is sucked from numbers of pores formed in the mold, and the skin side of the acoustic material is attracted to the surface of the mold. SOLUTION: Pores 12 are formed in one mold 10 of molds 10, 11, and they are connected with a vacuum pump 15. The skin side 14 of an acoustic material 13 is mounted on the surface of the mold 10, the pump 15 is actuated to attract and fix the acoustic material 13 by negative pressure through the pores 12. The mold 11 is clamped, and a molten resin 17 is injected and solidified to make a molding. When the mold 11 is retracted to take out the molding, since the acoustic material 13 can be released easily from the surface of the mold 10, the fixing is made easier in comparison with a conventional method in which a pressure sensitive adhesive tape is used for fixing the acoustic material 13 to the mold 10, and after work such as tape peeling is eliminated. |
