<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the cost and dispersion in the electric characteristic, to attain ease of mount, to improve the mechanical strength and to obtain excellent water-proof performance. SOLUTION: A 1st forming body 7 where a spiral cut-groove 4 is formed on an insulator, a mount 3 is formed to one end, and a cutting use boss 6 is provided to the other end is chucked at its boss 6 to apply plating to the body 7, then a metallic layer except the groove 4 and the mount 3 is removed, the boss 6 is cut off and shaped and a hole 9 is made to the mount 3 to be fitted to a printed circuit board of a radio equipment main body as the helical antenna 1. When the mount 3 is fitted to the printed circuit board of the radio equipment main body, it is also electrically connected to the printed circuit board.</p> |
