PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a communication system capable of efficiently executing data management for service. SOLUTION: A terminal equipment 3 is provided with a primary data part 16 for storing a program list (selecting information) stored in an information center 2 as primary data and a secondary data part 17 for storing the playing information of a requested program as secondary data. A data base 11 in the center 2 stores the playing information of all programs. At the time of receiving a request, the equipment 3 retrieves the secondary data part 17 to check the existence of the playing information of the requested program, and when the information is not included, the information is transmitted from the center 2 and stored in the data part 17. Then the program transmitted from the center 2 is displayed by using the playing information stored in the data part 17. |
