PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an MnZn ferrite sintered substance which has high density and excellent material characteristics by baking the compact consisting of MnZn ferrite material mixed powder or powder including spinel phase, at a specified temperature in carbon dioxide gas or hydrogen-containing carbon dioxide gas atmosphere. SOLUTION: As sintered substance at least 4.5g/cm<3> or over in density is obtained by baking a compact, which is obtained by forming the molding powder consisting of MnZn ferrite material mixed powder or powder containing spinel phase into specified form, at a baking temperature of 80-1100 deg.C or under in atmosphere of carbon dioxide or hydrogen-containing carbon dioxide gas. Then, the molding powder is 0.1-1.3μm in average grain diameter. Moreover, the powder containing a spinel phase is calcined powder being made by processing the material mixed powder of MnZn ferrite in any one atmosphere being selected from among air, nitrogen, hydrogen-containing pitrogen, carbon dioxide gas, and hydrogen-containing carbon dioxide gas, or pluverized powder being made by smashing this. |
