PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the generation of trouble such as warp at a terminal part in the evaluation of heat resistance after molding, by forming a recessed part having the shape corresponding to the surface shape of the terminal part on the side of the rear surface thereof to form a terminal shape almost with the same size in length on the upper surface as on the rear surface. SOLUTION: In a heating process, a terminal part 2 of a long resin is collectively heated to be brought to a molten or softened state. Next, in a press process, the terminal part 2 of the long resin 1 in a heated and softened state is pressed not only to form the upper surface of the terminal part 2 into a predetermined concave shape but also to form a recessed part having the shape corresponding to the surface shape of the terminal part on the rear surface side thereof almost with the same in length on the upper as that on the rear surface side. By this constitution, the residual strains on the upper and rear surfaces of a long resin molded product become almost equal and the residual stresses on the upper and rear surface sides thereof are mutually set off. As a result, even in the evaluation of heat resistance after molding, trouble such as the warp of the terminal part 2 is not generated and the long resin molded product of good and stable quality can be produced. |
