PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a terminating resistor and a substrate equipped with it to be lessened in cost by a method wherein a resistor wiring which connects a lattice wiring connected to a grounding potential or a power supply potential and terminals together to form a terminating resistor is provided. SOLUTION: Lands 14a to 14g are sporadically provided in a lattice on the rear 10B of an integrated circuit package 10, and lattice electrodes 42 are provided surrounding the lands 14a to 14g passing between the lands 14a to 14g. Furthermore, the lattice electrodes 42 are connected to the land 14b which serves as a ground line through the intermediary of connecting wirings 44. The lands 14a, 14c to 14g serving as an input line are connected to the lattice electrodes 42 which serve as a grounding line through the intermediary of a planar resistors 46. That is, the lands 14a, 14c to 14g serving as an input line are connected to the lattice electrodes 42 which serve as a grounding line through the intermediary of the planar resistors 46 that serve as terminating resistors for the formation of a terminating resistor array. |
