The portable device comprises a gripping tool driven by a motor with the aid of belts. A compressed air tool is provided for moving the gripping tool into and out of the device frame. A freely rotatable swing wheel is located on the gripping tool. A lock tool transfers some of the rotational energy from the freely rotatable swing wheel to the gripping tool. A control body for the compressed air tool and the lock tool is positioned on two arms on the device handle.
