PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for forming an optical transmission path by optically connecting an optical element, a photoelectric element or the optical waveguide on a substrate, etc., by a simple method. SOLUTION: Core layers 12, 14 extending respectively in arrow A, B directions are formed on supporting bodies 11, 13 acting as clads to these core layers. An optical connecting part 12a of a projecting shape is formed on the core layer 12 of the supporting body 11 and the surface on the side formed with the core layer 14 of the supporting body 13 is coated with a UV curing resin 15 acting as the clad to the core layer 14. The core layers 12, 14 come into contact with each other in the optical connecting part 12a formed by projection of the core layer 12 from the supporting body 11. Two sheets of the supporting bodies 11, 13 are superposed on each other across the UV curing resin 15 in the directions where the core layers 12, 14 extend in the directions A, B different from each other. Finally, the UV curing resin 15 is cured. |
