SUBSTANCE: apparatus has fire-resistant core, insert abutting against end of pouring cup mounted in pouring ladle bottom, drives for rotating core and creating vertical force acting upon insert. Core and insert are provided with channels. Core is formed as shell with side channels positioned at the level of pouring ladle bottom. Cylindrical insert with side and axial channels is fixed on bar within shell. Bar is secured on frame supported and held by ends of pouring ladle casing through springs. Upper part of shell is fixed in frame for vertical displacement relative to frame. Frame is rigidly fixed on ends of pouring ladle casing. Shell is connected with rotation drive. Layer of carbonaceous material powder such as graphite is place onto upper end of cylindrical insert. EFFECT: increased efficiency by improved strength and precise regulation of metal flow rate.
