<p>The invention concerns a flour plant which covers less space without the requirement of a multi-storey building. In a 'one-way sifter' the weight section is in the center. Both passages, the one on the right and the one on the left are accessible from the front. In a 'three-passages sifter' the weight section is in the center. One of the passages is on the left and the other is on the right. The third passage is located behind the weight section. In the bran processing unit, the product coming out of the bran brusher can be stored in the sack-packing unit with depots without transfer instruments and put into sacks. The complete storing unit is the assembly of the postgrinding equipment on a chassis without mounting in a building. The sifter frames of the one-way sifter can be put in and taken out of the sections between the sack packing units. According to the flow plan, the good with semolina sorted in the sifter (x) is processed in the semolina fan (u) after being ground three times or processed again in the semolina fan after being ground twice or three times. In the second passage of the sifter machine, the yield obtained is separately sifted with the tiny yield of the filter and the bran brusher.</p> |
