<p>A blower for a gas laser wherein a housing inner chamber (18) and an oil passage (14) are isolated by oil inside an oil reservoir (17) since a lower end opening of the oil passage (14) extends to below the fluid surface of the oil reservoir (17), and wherein a cylindrical guard (24) is disposed around a lower bearing (6) for supporting a shaft (2), whereby oil scattering from the bearing (6) and oil mist are captured by the guard (24) so as to be returned to the oil reservoir (17).</p> |
