The valve has a hinging shutter (2) working against a stop strip (11) at right angles to the axis of the passage. At the rear side, which is in contact with the insulating material and enclosed together with the material (7) in a frame (8), the strip is formed by segments (12) one behind the other in the peripheral direction and spaced apart. Adjacent segments in a pair are secured by a holder (17) at the seam between them, the greater part of which is embedded in the insulating material. The holder comprises a bracket (18) and a compensating component (19) positively guided in it. The component is coupled movably both to the two segments and the bracket.
