PURPOSE:To rapidly utilize a large quantity of commodity information by transferring real time and batch processing commodity information generated between a main storage part and an auxiliary storage part. CONSTITUTION:An inter-shop POS terminal 3 retrieves the main storage part 12 in each scanning of sales commodities, and when the sales commodities are not included in the main storage part 12, retrieves the auxiliary storage part 13, adds various data including clark information or register information to the commodity information of the scanned commodity and outputs the added information to a sales data collecting part 14. An internal data processing part 11 executes totalizing processing in each output of the sales data to the collecting part 14. When the information retrieved from the storage part 13 is included in the information added to the sales data, the processing part 11 transfers the commodity information from the storage part 13 to the storage part 12. Consequently, a large quantity of commodity information can be rapidly allowed to respond to a request outputted from the inter-shop POS terminal 3. |
