PURPOSE:To provide a space saving type device and to prevent not only scale trouble but also corrosion trouble by keeping an ion concn. of a cooling water less than a fixed value by immersing a resin or a fiber having an ion exchange function in a cooling water pit of a cleaning tower. CONSTITUTION:In a deionizing method for a circulating water of the cleaning tower by using the resin or the fiber having the ion exchange function, the ion concn. of the cooling water is kept less than a fixed value by immersing the resin or the fiber in the cooling water pit B of the cleaning tower. In this case, as for the resin or the fiber having the ion exchange function, when the resin is used, since grain size of the resin is small, the stitch of a net-like matter 1 through which the resin is not allowed to leak out is properly selected while considering a grain size distribution of the resin, and when the fiber is used, the fiber worked to strip-like is used to increase a contact area with water as much as possible while considering the regeneration or the exchange for discard of the resin or the fiber. |
