PURPOSE:To prevent paper money and securities from being forged by evaluating the inhibition of the duplication of an original to be read according to prescribed standards and converting image information which is read to an extent corresponding to the evaluation. CONSTITUTION:This processor is equipped with a read means 1 which reads the image information out of the original, an image forming means 2 which forms an image of the read image information on a recording medium, an evaluating means 52 which evaluates the inhibition of the duplication of the original to be read according to the prescribed standards, and a conversion processing means 22 which converts the image information read to the extent corresponding to the evaluation. Then when image formation is performed although paper money and securities are inhibited from being duplicated, the formed image changes according to the their suspiciousness. Namely, the formed image is more different from the original as the extent of the suspiciousness is higher. Consequently, the paper money, securities, etc., are prevented from being forged. |
