摘要 This patent describes a procedure closed to the production of the derivatives related to benzcycloalkenyldihydroxyalkanoic acids with a general formula (I), where X means group -CH2-, R1, R2, as for instance, and the symbols R1 and R2 can be the same or different ones, they mean, as for example, hydrogen atoms or alkyl groups with 1 up to 3 carbon atoms, the symbols R3 and R4 can also be the same or the different ones, the can represent, as for instance, hydrogen atoms, halogen atoms, alkyl groups with 1 up to 4 carbon atoms, the symbols R5 and R6 can also be the same or the different ones and mean hydrogen atoms, halogen atoms or alkyl groups with 1 up to 3 carbon atoms, the symbols R7 and R8, each of them means hydrogen atom or they create the double bond together with the bond C-C, having a configuration (E), R9 a R10 each of them means carbon atom or together with alkylmethylen residue containing 1 up to 3 carbon atoms and R11 means together with the group to which it is connected, the function closed to carboxyl acid or ester function, or together with the symbol R9 they create delta lactone ring. The basic principles of this procedure is closed to that, that ketoestr with a general formula (IV) is undertaken to the reduction in the solution related to the inert solvent, while the agent being able to create complexes is present, and this agent is created based on the boron derivatives, at the temperature of -80 Celsius degrees up to -20 Celsius degrees, while boronhydride of alkaline metal is acting in the next step. This created ester can be hydrolysed in the subsequent steps actually, and as a result of that the appropriate acid is created and this acid can be lactonised in further steps. Lacton created as a result of this step, can be undertaken to amine, alcohol or alkaline compound treatment, or it can be processed with use of hydrogenation.
