PURPOSE:To obtain an oil-in-water type emulsion feed having effects on promotion of heat of animals and fishes and on elevation of energy and excellent palatability, containing fats and oils, organic acid, emulsifying agent and water in a specific ratio. CONSTITUTION:The title feed containing 20-85wt.% based on total weight of fats and oils, 0.01-5wt.% organic acid, 0.1-70wt.% emulsifying agent and 5-65wt.% water. The preferable amount of the fats and oils is 30-82wt.% and that of the emulsifying agent is 0.1-50wt.%. The feed may be optionally mixed with salt, saccharide, starch, fruit juice; seasoning, spice, etc., besides the components. In order to obtain the feed, sufficient stirring and blending are required until these components accomplish a stable oil-in-water type emulsion state. |
