PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a file management method capable of suppressing the display of the effect of a transport key until a slave person chanegs the key transferred from a master person to the slave person and having excellent security. SOLUTION: In this method, a file managment is executed by dividing the data memory of an IC card into plural files and managing the divided files by means of key collation as an access condition. In this case, whether the key is changed or not is judged, and at the time of judging no change of the key, the execution of key collation is turned to a state not satisfied as an access condition. At the time of judging the change of the key, key collation is turned to a state satisfied as an access condition. |
