PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify toe updating of the system program and data by multiplexing and transmitting the digital data on the building management together with the public broadcast data and performing maintenance of the program, etc. SOLUTION: When the operation program of a building management system is changed, a data transmitting device 1 of a building management company transmits the operation program, data, etc., to a data receiving device 2 of an FM broadcasting station. The received data are restored by the device 2 and inputted to an FM broadcasting device 3. The restored data are multiplexed to undergo the digital modulation together with other digital data and then transmitted together with the voice signals of the normal broadcast programs as the broadcast radio waves of the prescribed frequency. These multiplexed data signals are received by an FM receiving device 4 and undergo the digital demodulation. Then only the multiplexed data signals are separated by a data input device 5 and inputted to a building management device 6 as the digital data. Thus the operation program is changed or updated. |
