PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To examine a defect of mutual welding part of a pipe and a joint or a container or a defect of a wall surface of the pipe or the container or the like by using less chemical by injecting an accelerating chemical of the defect in the inner pipe or the container to examine a state of the defect after allowing to stand at a predetermined time. SOLUTION: A short pipe 1 molded by a polyvinylidene and the like and a pipe joint 2 are welded in high frequency to from a welding part 3. One opening 2a is sealed by a seal plate 4 and a chemical 8 made of antimony pentachloride and sodium hydroxide is injected to an inner part, and the other opening 1a is sealed by a rubber stopper 9 and covered with a sheet 10, whereby the inner part is sealed. After this state is allowed to state for a predetermined time, a stress crack is generated and accelerated so a part of the welding part 3 is dyed in red by the chemical 8 if the welding part 3 has a defect. The defect of the welding part 3 is examined by observing this coloring state. |
