<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for recovering a soln. contg. Ni, Co, Mo and V at a high yield from waste Ni catalysts. SOLUTION: The waste Ni catalysts and water are mixed and the mixture is subjected to wet process pulverization in such a manner that <=100 meshes are attained and, thereafter, the residues of water leaching obtd. by water leaching (2) at 70 to 100 deg.C are subjected to high-temp. and high-pressure dissolving (3) under a leaching pressure of 15 to 40atm at a leaching temp. of 180 to 250 deg.C by using 30 to 250g/l aq. sulfuric acid soln.</p> |
