PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a grinding device capable of reducing electric power for lifting and feeding balls and reducing the inner pressure of a ball lifting and feeding path member. SOLUTION: This grinding device for lifting and feeding game balls from a lower position to an upper position while grinding them is provided with a lower lifting and feeding means 9 for lifting and feeding the game balls while continuously pushing up them from the lower position to an intermediate position, an upper lifting and feeding means 8 for lifting and feeding the game balls while continuously pushing up them from the intermediate position to the upper position, a lower lifting and feeding path member 10 for constituting a lifting and feeding path between the lower lifting and feeding means 9 and the upper lifting and feeding means 8, and an upper lifting and feeding path member 11 for constituting the lifting and feeding path from the upper lifting and feeding means 8 to the upper position.
