PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase a limit face with which a click body contacts and reduce wear-out of a click face or the like by punching small grooves at the rough center of a face forming a click groove. SOLUTION: A swing switch is provided with a knob 2 swinging when an axle is centered, a click groove 2g, and a limit mechanism made of a click body 8 pressure-contacted with the groove, and a spring 9 for energizing the body. A small groove 2j is punched at the rough center of two click faces c and d of the click groove 2g made of a V-letter shaped valley extending in a direction in which an axle hole 2e exists, whereby the click faces c and d are halved, and a part at which the click body 8 is pressure-contacted is multiplied. The small groove 2j may be formed on the entire click faces c and d. Preferably, the knob is formed with an outer hull body 2b made of non-crystal resin and an inner hull body 2c made of light conductor such as poly-amide or the like, and the inner hull body 2c is integrally formed from an illumination display port 2d, the click groove 2g, and an operation lever 2h. Thereby, the light of a light emitter is led to the display port 2d, and knob illumination becomes clear and sharp.
