PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To use a plastic molded product without applying design coating thereto by making the 'sink' or 'weld' becoming the surface flaw of the molded product inconspicuous. SOLUTION: Fine embossed patterns are formed to the surface of a mold and heated air is blown out from the surface of a core mold 2a before the mold is opened to provide a fine gap between the core mold 2a and a molded product so that the surface having embossed patterns of the mold and a cavity mold 2b are matually 'rubbed' when the molded product is taken out of the mold. Treatment reducing the coefficient of friction to improve slip properties is applied to the surface of the core 2a to previously extract the core mold 2a while leaving the molded product in the cavity mold 2b.
