The applicator comprises a hand-held container (1) with a cryogenic tank. The container is connected via a pipe (7) to a spray device (9,11). All parts are suitable for cryogenic fluid. The container is filled with oxygen. The pipe is connected to tubing (4) which extends from inside the container at the bottom, to the outside. The container has a vaporiser which uses a pressure reserve (5). The spray device comprises a spray rod (9) and a nozzle control (11).
