The motor-trolley is designed for the railway transport. It eliminates any danger of emergencies in crushing or failures of the rail track for all types and categories of trains, as well as for all types of railway security installations. It is remotely controlled by radio electronic channels by a train running after it preventing it from any collision or emergency. It is also possible that a person mounts the motor-trolley and who, in case of a failure or emergency, is catapulted away eliminating any danger of injury. The motor-trolley runs before the train at a distance at least equal to its braking distance. The larger the train speed is, the greater should be the distance between the inspecction car and the train. The motor-trolley consists of a light railway carriage chassis (1) having its own motor (3). In it, a control relay-contact (4), radio electronic (5) and computing (6) equipment, TV camera (10), a tachometer (11) and a sensor (12) for the state of the rail-track are mounted, having wireless connection to the proper equipment in the control cabin of the train.
