PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent treatment of a post-process of a product from being badly influenced in a production facility and prevent an excessive stock of the product. SOLUTION: Instruction of production is applied to a production facility 24 in reference to a production plan stored in a production plan information memory section 11. An actual result of production is stored in an actual production information memory 12. A production volume control section 13 monitors an actual production volume in respect to a production plan. If there is a lack of production volume, information for searching the planned product from surplus products at a surplus product allocating section 14 is made or information for reproducing a lack of planned product at a reproduction instruction making section 16 is made to assure the product at the production facility 24. |
