PURPOSE: To provide a receiving circuit for optical analog transmission in order to eliminate generation of the secondary distortions. CONSTITUTION: This receiving circuit consists of a photoelectric conversion part 11 which performs the photoelectric conversion of the received analog signals, a signal demultiplexing part 12 which demultiplexes the signals undergone the photoelectric conversion to produce the positive and negative phase signals, an amplification part 13 which amplifies the positive and negative phase signals through both amplifier circuits having the same transmission functions, and a signal multiplexing part 15 which multiplexes both signals outputted from the part 13 with one of these two signals kept inverted and then outputs these multiplexed signals. In such a constitution of the receiving circuit used for optical analog transmission, the secondary distortion components which are generated by both amplifier circuits are eliminated in a multiplexing state. Therefore, no secondary distortion component is contained in the output. |
