<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To recover a toxic gas to prevent environmental pollution by providing a gas housing member temporarily housing the toxic gas discharged from the discharge port of an extrusion die along with a vol. reduced solid in order to recover the same. SOLUTION: The vol. reduced solid discharged from a discharge port is cut into predetermined length by respective cutting blades and allowed to fall from the vol. reduced solid discharge port of a cover member 14 to be housed in an appropriate container. Herein, when waste includes a toxic gas, almost all of the gas is discharged into the cover member 14 from the discharge port along with the vol. reduced solid. Therefore, if a suction blower is operated, the toxic gas in the cover member 14 is sucked into a suction duct 22 from a gas recovery port 16 to be recovered in the appropriate container. In the same way, the toxic gas flowing into a charging hopper 2 from a charging port is sucked into the suction duct 22 from the gas recovery port 16 to be recorvered in the appropriate container.</p> |
