PURPOSE:To prevent clogging of air holes in an air button cell by making positioning with a process of applying water around an air hole of air dispersing paper or the bottom of a positive electrode when air dispersing paper is arranged on the bottom of the positive electrode. CONSTITUTION:More than one air holes 2 are provided on the concave part of the bottom of a positive electrode case 1 to put air dispersing paper sheet on the concave part. A water-repellant film 4, a catalyst 5 and a separator 6 are put on the paper sheet, while a negative electrode container whose edge area is fitted to a nylon ring 8 is filled with a negative electrode active substance 9 and electrolyte and inserted into the aperture of the positive electrode case 1 to seal it. In this process, when the dispersing paper sheet 3 is put on the air holes 2, water is applied around the air holes 2 to make positioning. Thus, clogging of air holes 2 taking place by traditional sizing does not happen to obtain a cell with stable performance. |
