摘要 Disclosed is an automatic sensing and removing method for attached raw material of inside of bin including a first collecting step which collects the total stock of the raw material and the output quantity of the raw material at a time, a second collecting step which collects the total stock of the raw material and the output quantity of the raw material after a predetermined time passed from the first collecting step, a variation quantity calculating step which calculates the variation quantities of the total stock of the raw material and the output of the raw material collected from the first and second collecting steps, a difference calculating step which calculates the difference of the variation quantity of the total stock of the raw material and the variation quantity of the output quantity of the raw material calculated from the variation quantity calculating step, a attached raw material sensing step which performs the second collecting step if the difference is within the specification and informs a PLC if the difference goes over an acceptable limit, and a blaster operation step which operates a blaster to remove the attached raw material when sensing that the attached raw material goes over the acceptable limit. Thus, the quality of the raw material and the efficiency of the operation are improved.
