PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable the decomposition-removal of harmful substances such as odorous substances and bacteria by the photocatalytic action of a photoreactive semiconductor and to improve a design. SOLUTION: A product which is made by internally adding a photoreactive semiconductor and fine fibers or coagulated complex composed of those and white pigment into a colored base material containing dyed fibers prepared by dyeing chop-shaped fibers as an indispensable component and produced by a wet type paper making method. The complex can contain fine fibers dyed in a color different from that of the colored base material.
