<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for dephosphorize-refining molten iron in smoothness and high productivity while preventing slag forming at the time of completing oxygen blowing, in the phosphorize-refining of the molten iron on a converter type refining vessel. SOLUTION: In the dephosphorizing refining of the molten iron in the converter type refining vessel, basically (CaO/SiO2 ) of the slag at the time of completing oxygen-blowing of the molten iron is made to 2.2-4.0 and, before or after completing the oxygen blowing, carbonaceous material is charged at a ratio of >=1kg/ton of molten iron into the converter type refining vessel. At the time of charging the carbonaceous material at >=1kg/ton of molten iron, the carbonaceous material dividedly charger desirably at an internal of 1-3min. Further, the charge of iron ore is desirably completed at least 5min before the completed time of the dephosphrizing refining.</p> |
